This micro fiction piece is one I submitted to the NYC Midnight flash fiction contest. I didn’t advance in the contest, so I posted it here on Medium. The prompt was: Horror genre, “planting a seed” and the word “inseperable” had to be in the story somewhere. Their contests are a lot of fun, and challenging.
