I write under my own name, mostly because I’m too lazy to create a pen name. I write in two different genres-horror and humor so I can see the advantage to writing under a pen name for one of these. The popular opinion is you keep genres separate but I’ve noticed several authors who break that rule so I’ll stick to my own name. Plus I’m fond of the alliteration of Terrye Turpin. 🙂
